This is the Porsche 919 Hybrid #2 Winner 2017 24h Le Mans in 1:18 scale by IXO.

The Porsche 919 Hybrid #2 won the 2017 24 Hours of Le Mans with Timo Bernhard, Earl Bamber, and Brendon Hartley, delivering Porsche its 19th overall victory at Le Mans and its third consecutive win. Bernhard was a veteran Porsche endurance racer and two-time Le Mans winner, Bamber had already won Le Mans in 2015, and Hartley secured his first overall victory at the legendary race. The 919 Hybrid was technologically extraordinary, combining a 2.0-liter turbocharged V4 gasoline engine with sophisticated hybrid systems, including an electric motor driving the front axle to create temporary four-wheel drive. Its greatest distinction came during the race: after losing front-axle drive, the #2 spent 1 hour and 5 minutes in the garage, rejoined in 54th place—19 laps behind—and remarkably fought all the way back to win. The comeback from 54th to 1st remains one of the most remarkable victories in Le Mans history.

This model is hand painted and polished to a beautiful finish and has a sealed body. These diecast
models are exceptionally accurate of scale, shape and detail. Interior detail is hand assembled and easily
visible. Photo etched parts, die-cutting, tampo printing and waterslide decals are often used for a most
authentic replication.
