The Ferrari 296 GT Modificata is an extreme, track-only evolution of the 296 GT3 Evo, developed specifically for Ferrari customers participating in non-competitive events through the Club Competizioni GT program. Its twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 produces 720 horsepower, while Ferrari has freed the car from racing regulations to incorporate more aggressive aerodynamics, enhanced cooling, and competition-derived chassis technology. What makes the 296 GT Modificata particularly unique is that it combines race-car performance without being restricted by GT racing rules, yet retains a second seat for a passenger or driving coach. Produced in extremely limited numbers, it represents Ferrari’s approach to creating a true customer race machine that doesn't have to conform to a racing series.
